Amit is a digital illustrator from Birmingham UK. He is a self taught artist who gets inspired by numerous things ranging from movies, music, and games to everyday life. He listens to instrumental music including Jazz fusion from Japanese musicians as he illustrates. As a digital illustrator he creates work using Procreate on his iPad. Amit usually creates his own references in order to get the right angle or pose, just like artists he admires like Drew Struzan. Amit feels like he is always learning, and that art is like a puzzle in which he has to figure out where each piece fits. If Amit wasn't an artist then he would still be doing something creative as he enjoys writing, acting and voice work. He once hosted an event at the Royal Albert Hall in front of 5000 people. When Amit isn't illustrating he's watching movies and he loves to watch different genres and even movies from around the world. His all time favorite movie is “The Goonies” as it's about fun and adventure, a theme you will find throughout his illustrations.
